Verizon can make calls but not receive.
Mar 24, 2022 · after swapping numbers with another phone on my Verizon account i cannot receive calls. It splashes up that I am receiving a call then goes away and what I hear on the calling end is that "the person you are calling has not set up their voicemail please call back later" and disconnects. The new phone is an iPhone 13
