Technician came today and said that lines are in place but no connection tops are on our street. We have tried for 4 years to get xfinity services at our address and it says it is available. Only to be told by the technicians that we can't be serviced until tops are installed. Today the technician oIt’s the same on all my TVs, but my next door neighbor is 38 seconds ahead of me. When I see a snap, he’s already seeing the end of the next play!It's 90 days. But, and this is hilarious, if you come back and start the service back up before 90 days, they make you pay for the time you put it on hold for. Most companies, like phone companies, don't have any problem putting the service on hold when someone is leaving the country, even if it's just for a month.Need Help? If you have any Xfinity TV services, it would be much higher because you will need to pay the broadcast fee of $14.95 per month. Also, the minumum seasonal hold period is 90 days.
Thank you so much for the response, and we understand how important it is to be connected especially while being out on vacation @user_0ickca.With our seasonal plan that would not be an option, but we do have our Now Wifi passes that you can have access to if you see the network available while you are out there.
