Jul 12, 2022 · Accepted Solution. After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being. Jan 4, 2018 · Liz.
