If you want to abuse skill cards and all that jazz on Izanagi, Magatsu-Izanagi always wins because of its inherent Null Light/Dark resistances. Yes I think you can Just Fuse the lowest level Fool You can with the persona that has it then down grade that persona using non stop izanagi until you get to Obariyon then fuse Obariyon with the level 7 fool to do it Of course pass Victory cry to each persona down and only register if you want it on each.Use these on Izanagi to get him access to stuff like God Hand. But - If youre into trophies, you can at least get one for creating him, if not, Izanagi No Okami is pretty much just for show now that we can get Magatsu Izanagi, and have skill cards for regular Izanagi to become stronger.
