Spells by level in order of importance: Lvl 1: Cure Light Wounds, Divine Favor, Shield of Faith. Lvl 2: Cure Moderate Wounds, Restoration (Lesser), Boneshaker*. Lvl 3: Cure Serious Wounds, Blindness, Resist Energy (Communal), Delay Poison (Communal), Bestow Curse*.

Because you are dragon bloodline, the level up advice will say not to take the Dragonkind spells when they become available. The game thinks you will get them for free from your dragon bloodline.
