My experience so far. F/49. SW 197, CW 175, GW 125-130. 5’5 I have MCTD and was having quite a bit of kidney issues due to the lupus component of my disease. I started on 10/26 and did my .25 x 4, increased to .5 and had too many side effects and decided to take it slower. I did work my way up to the .5 and things have gone pretty well.
