If you only have one Halo it should be the only one. If you have more than one you can select the specific one youare adding (i have 3 and i created one for each of my locks). Now to add it to the Home app you click on the Notifications tab in Home Assistant and you will have a QR code. Open the Home app on your phone and click add accessory.
