KMTV Chief Meteorologist Jim Flowers announced on Thursday that he is leaving KMTV after 3 and a half years to start a new chapter. His last day at KMTV will be on July 1st. Flowers has worked in the Omaha market for over 34 years. Flowers worked at KETV and WOWT before joining KMTV in 2013. Before Omaha, Flowers worked in Columbia, South Carolina.
