I took this FRER yesterday afternoon and thought I saw a very faint line within 5 minutes but wasn't too sure, then when I got sidetracked and came back to it like a half hour later I could definitely see a faint line there and took it apart for a closer look. Try and compare the control lines (to the right) on FRER and easy@home. The FRER control line is a much lighter pink, and therefore the test line is also lighter. If you look at easy@home, the control line is very dark. So in conclusion, easy@home tests have a darker color in them, and that's why you see a difference.
