Mainly cause the Eigers were known for the magnets coming unglued from the flywheel. The exhaust valve sit's in a pocket that allows oil to sit in it. That makes it easier for the oil to be sucked into the exhaust. Yes, the oil is being sucked into the exhaust when running.
