I believe that the Villages does have AEDs in many of their facilities. You bought a house from the Villages, not a room in a senior care center where everything is provided for you. Unacceptable Villages Parking Rule. If you live in a courtyard villa, there is an area intended for visitors to park their vehicles while visiting a resident. This is usually about 5 parking spaces. The deed restriction document prohibits residents of that villa section from parking their own vehicles in those spaces.
