The motor could be "tired", and that is why it's slower when using just the 12 V from the driver ...

Now the window works, but only sort of. When going down, it will go smoothly, but the auto down doesn’t work. When going up, it only goes in 1 inch increments. I don't understand though why it locks out the drivers controls, on most cars it locks out all the other controls leaving the drivers active.
