What I suggest is a fourth option: Saliva only. This way means that the player can't get infected with scratches, only bites.

If you're hosting it from home and you actually have a dedicated server set up you can go into the zomboid game on the server computer and click on host and edit settings and you can edit all your settings right then and there. You click save and it will save it as your new INI'S as long as you're editing your servers.
