I usually save before I access the facility to recover the data base, and I save inside the facility, by doing that (2 time by mistake) and reloading the game, everything has reset in the facility, literally everything, the door also! So.. i can't smash the door from inside out and now I'm stuck with both my saves inside of that stupid facility.

Honestly, found all the manufacturing centers by just cruising the planets. As noted, you can land and use your scanner to pick them up.
