I duel wield Nagakiba and Moonveil currently for my first run. Moonveil is on the right hand, and therefore always accessible. Nagakiba is on the left, and I switch to two-handing that when I want Hoarfrost. I also can swap out to a shield or a bow, and have a seal as an alt on the right hand for a little utility.

Go like a keen (I believe that's the right one) should scale with int/dex. Moonveil🤮. Naga - lower damage, longer range. Uchi - higher damage, lower range. For powerstance, the way the katana combo works doesn't give you a ton of benefit from the nagas extra length.
