CQG provides market data which you can trade with. They have their own platform but it's not very good and mostly provide data services for the Ninjatrader brokerage. Ninjatrader and Tradovate are two complete different systems. Let me explain NInjatrader is a locally runned program. Meaning it runs on your computer, where as tradovate is a web based application so it runs on the web.
