Slapped it on a DD19.2 lower (JSD LPK that I did some fitting and tweaking on to get running good with a JSD 19 upper), and it ran like a champ! 150 rounds without an issue. Works as an ice chipper. Idk if anyone has recommended it yet, but you can try taking your guide rod and barrel out and sliding your slide down the rails to see if it's still an issue, if it's not a problem anymore you can put the barrel back in and do it again, if it's still good than it could just be your guide rod.
