I play on legacy servers PVE and this weekend the electrical cables ran out of timer (my internet provider had a problem after thunderstorm). So all ok for that. I thought the cryopods will last 30 days in inventory or without storing in fridge or cryofridge.

The dino can lose that in cryo gained XP. Uncryo, wait some seconds and recryo the dino before transfer and everything will be fine. It's true, unless you are playing on a cluster server, uploading creatures in cryopods can lead to the creature resetting to level 1 and losing all it's colours.
