Just solved this issue on a 2007 Pilot - D3 and D light on and blinking - engine light on - (would not shift into 4th) - mechanic changed out the transmission range sensor located near the fill tube. Issue solved. Code had come back as P0700 and P 0705.The orange wire should be close to zero ohms to chassis ground. Measure DC voltage between purple and orange wires with pump disconnected.
