Creating a borderless UI in WOW is way harder than it seems, as some addons don't allow for it, or have texts that always have shadows in them. To the left is my character frame with an animated portrait. Right under is the pet. To the right of the weakaura is the target frame and to the right of it is a smaller target of target. The chat is to the bottom left as usual and raid frames are above this chat, as tight as possible, on 3 columns I think.

I'd like to know where the storms are so I don't have to check first on a 70 then switch over to whatever alt I'm leveling. The front page of wowhead.com has the zone, storm, and time left. You'd just need to join a group to get the exact location but you probably aren't soling it anyways. I didn’t even realize there was a kill count for these.
First check the Load tab that you're not being too specific there. Then, my main guess is you're being too specific in Trigger. Example: I always want to show my WA whether my unit has mana or not. I'll set trigger to something like player power, but I won't specify mana, I leave it generic.
