Hi, Just today, I turn on my XBox One and BOTH of my controllers won't scroll down. They just seem to scroll left and right very quickly. I saw posts on how to turn off "fast scrolling" which was to hold the right bumper and press one of the "face buttons" (I'm not a big gamer, just got this, and I have no idea what the heck a "face button" is).
It is not even showing up on the "Devices and Printers" portion of the control panel either. I have downloaded and installed the Xbox One Controller drivers from Xbox themselves (for Windows 7/8.1 apparently since it's preinstalled on Windows 10.. however I uninstalled them and now they're gone, so I went with these) and it installed fine.Plug a different USB-C cable into your controller and then plug the other end into your Xbox or PC.
