Logging into my account on the website just lists "Steam unlink" under "My SWTOR". Clicking on "Steam Unlink brings up : "There is no Steam account linked to your Star Wars™: The Old Republic account." (unsurprisingly...lol). I guess you can "decouple" an account if you want, but not link one. #2.
