I found the Drill Arm fragments around wreck in north of Grand Reef. I think saw them in Blood Kelp Trench wreck. I found the Grappling Arm fragments in the Underwater Islands wreck. My understanding is that they can also be found in Dunes and Mountains wrecks but those areas have Reapers. Wrecks.
A grapple hook and a drill arm are really all you need. The drill does plenty damage to shake off any creature that tries to get too close and it also enables you to drill large resource nodes. The grapple hook is mandatory given how clunky and hard to manoeuvre the prawn suit can be. The only arms you'll ever need.

I haven’t tried it myself but someone told me that one of the entrances has enough ledges/slopes to make the climb without grapple or jets, but not the Degasi one.
