Helicopter circling Northern Scotts Valley. There’s been a Helicopter circling Northern Scotts Valley for about 30 minutes or so. First it was to the north, I was thinking Glenwood or Hwy 17, but it moved to the south, still maybe circling over 17, but appears to be inland a little too, maybe lower Glenwood Dr.
