The Brouwer grip is slimmer by a lot. I would say a tad slimmer than the Wilson combat. To gain a slight grip increase and width you can add inner bike tire tubing as a sleeve that you slip on. That will probably fill in your hands with the medium SIG grip.It's a very soft shooter. My TXG module is a large with the grip weight and magwell installed. The AXG is very ergonomic and a real pleasure to shoot, but even with the same slide on it as the TXG, there is more snap to it. It's not bad to shoot, but there is more felt recoil. If you put a carry slide on it it's not bad as a large carry gun.

The Sig factory mags are hit or miss based on what floorplate or magwell you have but these locked in with my M17, X-frame, X5 with magwell, X-frame with aftermarket magwell, and the M1811. I picked up a Brouwer m1811 grip module and I love it. It fits my hands perfectly. I like the feel much more than the Wilson Combat grip. I added some tape to help with grip and like it. I might stipple it myself, but idk yet. I'll know more after I shoot with it.
