Jack point question on a 2015 sedan. Hey y'all! I have a 2015 Mazda 3 Itouring sedan. I know the manual says the jack points are the four spots on the pinch welds, but my floor jack is flat and not grooved to fit the pinch weld. I don't want to bend it, but this also doesn't sold the issue of where to put jack stands.The trick I use is this. Right next to the pinch welds (front), there is a frame piece that leads to the middle of the car. Use this point (I saw Cobb lift the car via these points). Once you get the car up a little, stick some blocks (wood/cement) under the tire and lower the car. The problem isn't the pinch weld but the really thick layer of underseal on the front jack points.
