Thankfully, as a mage, you probably have plenty of MIND stat, so you should be able to dodge the majority of Melania's major attacks (sometimes getting grazed but nothing you can't heal from - lean towards having more cerulean tears than you'd be comfortable with and less heals because dodging is the game) as bloodhound step barely uses FP, but ...The bosses, especially Melania, being so complicated that even really good players need multiple runs for things to Click, to me, means they missed the mark. If most players are that frustrated file one, they won't into journey two at all.
