When I watched Dayton's seasons, I felt like she didn't seem very personally invested in being a DCC. What is shown on the show is heavily edited. It has come out more than once that cut scenes are edited to make a girl look bad. At least she did not pleaded and begged not to be cut like some of the girls do. And her cut scene was after her car accident. Other girls have used being a DCC to further their career.
