in the first 2 run dont care so much to have a build, generally i advise to see in the wiki the armor with the best set bonus for you, and whn you find pieces of that set put it on. (generally revenant can farm good piece of the best sets in the first 2 difficulty, so its can be a good choise farm some of them in the start.

Tonfa would be great because their speed but short range perfectly compliment the Odachi's slow but high range style. Also the dexterity scaling on Tonfas is utter shit so you could probably focus on the other 2 stats and Strength (for the Odachi) instead.
