I got it with the "Deal" on my Z50 ($99). I use it with both my Z50 and Z5 so I can use all my collection of F-mount lenses on either body. I also have the Fringer Canon EF to Nikon Z adapter which allows me to make use of some of my favorite Canon lenses on my Z's.

Around the time I got the D300, I had replaced nearly all my AF lenses with AF-S. I only saved the 50mm AF and 28mm AF. I just don't think there are a lot of people out there who have moved to mirrorless who are attached to AF lenses enough that they are begging for an FTZ with built in motor. You're not everyone.
