I can see the side of a grass block, meaning there is an open space nearby. To be safe, there should be no iron golem spawnable space in 8-10 blocks from the villagers in all directions. Reading the comments to the video it seems a fair number of people are having the same problem, some of them fixed it by adding a timer and piston/s to hide the zombie more thoroughly.

Bedrock iron farms are complicated, most of all that you need all of yiur villagers to sleep, and most of them to work. And only when these conditions have been met for a while already will golems spawn. Makes it very hard to track what is wrong. Hope this is useful. #4 Mar 13, 2021.
