There was nothing poshmark CS could have done here at all. The seller could have canceled the sale. Poshmark cannot cancel a sale for someone. Your snarky email was unnecessary toward a person who literally had no ability to help you. Being rude to CS doesn’t make them magically able to do things that aren’t possible.
