Feb 28, 2024 · Westin just finished a huge renovation. Hyatt has redone all its rooms again, and the main Atrium tower area as well. They also have the Hyatt Residences there (about 3-4 years). Sheraton has done very little. I would be looking at condos or condo resorts. Much nicer and more room with kids, plus a full fridge and kitchen.
The Hyatt is at the end of the beach walk, and is a hike to get to other places ( Whalers, all other hotels, Black Rock, etc). The Westin is in the middle of everything, great location. Never been a huge fan of the Westin hotel, and have often given the nod to the Sheraton between the two. However, the Westin’s renovation is really amazing and well done. No the Westin does not, but I know the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel has a guest laundry that is open 24 hours, not sure on the rules about using it. I know there used to a coin op in Lahaina, that might be your best bet. Report inappropriate content. 3. This is really a 4.5 star review, but as we all know, half stars aren't a thing. I'm being as detailed as possible since the hotel is undergoing a major renovation.
