Whne I was shoppingfor a new M1A a few years ago, I made the choice of going with the "Loaded" model. The sights are superb. At 100 and 200 yards, it is "dead-on" accurate. I have not been able to get to a range in my area that has a longer distance. IMHO, it is well worth the extra money.
