Lenovo Vantage Gaming Feature Driver Lenovo Vantage Service for Windows Once installing the downloaded versions, I am now able to change the RGB lighting via the Vantage app. I hope this works for others as well, good Luck!

Bottom right corner click on 'customize' in the legion spectrum section. Then click on the keyboard. Then click the right slider option. Then set it to something on the very bottom.
