Hi, Rocks. I can't speak to the PSA mags, I only use OEM magazines in my 48 and 43x. What I can say is the both are excellent pistols if they work for you regardless whether they hold 15 or "only" 10 rounds. $403 is a good deal, too, so if you want the gun I wouldn't let mag capacity dissuade you from picking one up.
