I'd recommend infinity forge first, then gem rift, 1 in ap gains, 1 golden nest, 1 spelunker, 1 builder, 1 canary, an arcane carpet if it'll benefit you, then work on gems and slots for your cauldrons. I actually tried few times today and managed to get a bag with 903 value which drops coins. This means the minimal time you can extract at is 1/20 seconds after starting a run (903/20.7*60*60/3130000).
