I left the 4 fuses in while removing the DRL fuse and the lights went out. Sounds like a scrap yard will be on the list of calls today. Thanks for the info Coby. Obd2 port gets power but pcm isn't showing up on his scanner. There also is no power going to pcm fuse. Checked g103 ground that grounds pcm.
