I had set the trip odometer the day I bought it and it's averaging almost 17, including some mild camper towing. Tank to tank I'm seeing better than 18 with regens.

Got rid of that awful fuel filter system on the L5P and installed a Fleece filter delete. Easy enough, but for anyone doing it, don’t take the shield with the housing. All you need to do are the two 13mm bolts at the back, top/side. You’ll understand when you look at it.

The service manager said they only use full synthetic oil in all duramax engines, regardless of generation. 2010 LMM 2500 Sold, 2020 L5P 2500 Sold.

L5P fuel filter failure. After being down for weeks I finally took off on another haul yesterday and almost made it 100 miles. Pulled over and shut the truck off. Came back out and all it would do is crank. No start. Tried a few things that didn’t work then dropped the new GM fuel filter for a look.

I"m not sure what relay 1 or 2 is for the lift pump but all fuses seem to be fine and I have bench tested relay 1 and it seems to be fine. I'm gonna add also that the fuel gauge isn't working either.
