I have paid in full and my account is up to date, however that late payment got reported to the credit bureaus, sending my 780 credit score to 670. I looked up ways to try and have the payment removed. I called TD auto (who handles my payments) and the rep told me to send letters to TD and the 3 bureaus explaining what happened.
