It's also great to see interesting melee builds - I enjoyed playing melee Cragheart in GH1, but the build was super dependent on an item only some campaigns would even find. It got frustrating in later campaigns when I was interested in doing that sort of build again and just couldn't because they didn't have the item. You basically need to push the target up against a corner in order to get the bonus from Brutal Momentum. Tips on cragheart build . Hello _^ I was looking over a character I am currently playing in a campaign with my party. Atm we definitely don't need utility or a tank since it consists of a brute a tinkerer and a spellweaver. None of us knew the classes before we picked since this is our first game. Growth is a trap, move 4 and low initiative is what cragheart lacks. I play on the hardest difficulty and Explosive Punch is just so much better. Sentient Growth looks good, but does too little on higher difficulty. Just my opinion. Also, I always read that people don't like long rests and see them as losing a turn. With a 7 hex AoE, this is a quick way to get loads of Curses into the monster’s modifier deck. While not technically aligned with a damage focussed build, the damage mitigation here is well worth it. It’s like the Cragheart’s infamous Curse Tornado. Jump on Crystallizing blast bottom. 75 goldThis, of course, gives the Cragheart some great internal synergy since he can off-tank and has a lot of aoes. Reply reply Kambeidono • ... Hello! The Cragheart took a bit to "get", but is incredibly versatile. I've played three so far in two campaigns. What made my day was a decent guide to a ranged build. Our Mindthief and Cragheart both just retired. Most of craghearts straight damage attacks don't affect allies. The ones that do, only do one or two damage. A heads up like 'if you end your turn there, you're going to get hurt' is nice but taking one or two damage should not be a big deal. It honestly didn't come up that much. I played my Cragheart build (mid-late campaign) without any of the obstacle interaction cards. In hindsight, it could have worked in well, but I focused more on straight attacks and big movement. He was still one of my preferred characters that I’ve played so I was happy with how it all went, but for some reason the obstacle build just didn’t appeal to me at the …We would like to show you a description here but the site won’t allow us.May 2, 2020 · A summary of my hands-on experience with the Scoundrel. Massive Boulder: Great top action, especially when dealing with high-shield low-HP enemies. It also infuses Earth. Great bottom action too, with one of Cragheart's few high Move abilities. Rumbling Advance: Another great card for dealing with high-shield low-HP enemies, and another card that infuses Earth.

Currently my favorite is: Backup Ammunition (bottom) + Heaving Swing (bottom) + Massive Boulder (top) This combo works great when there are multiple enemy’s in range and adjacent to one another.
