Mar 20, 2017 · This issue can normally be resolved by power-cycling your modem. Please unplug the modem, router, and Apple TV for 1 minute to fully clear the signal. Please plug in the modem, wait for the lights to load, then plug in your router. Next plug in your Apple TV, check for updates, log back in. When prompted to Delete App Data, select Clear Data again. Restart your Fire TV device. Disconnect the power cord, and then plug it back in. Important: Clearing application data doesn't delete the app itself.
