You need a minimum of 5,000psi rail pressure for engine to start IIRC. If no guages, check the wiring looms under the truck. Trans wiring and lift pump wiring run under driver side together. If something chewed the wires, trash in road, looms falling and rubbing on driveshaft, etc.. it could be the culprit since you have a trans issue just ...Its just 2 wires. You should check every module to see if you have voltage on that can c pins. Just stick a multimeter on the 2 wires. If you don't see about roughly 1 - 2 v then your issue is broken wire on the can c bus somewhere thats grounded or doing something. obviously start at the tipm and move outwards.
