They sold me a ticket at £378. Couple of hours later exact same ticket is being sold at £225. No customer service to speak to, extremely unhelpful chat customer service. You can not speak to customer services. Reviews here say alot but they are still functioning. I was about to book a flight through BudgetAir.com before I decided to look up some reviews. The majority of them are negative. I understand, however, that things happens that delay or cancel flights, people have a bad experience, get very upset when they don't get their way, and these are the people who write these reviews.

While booking with most airlines directly allows for a free of charge cancellation, booking via budgetair does not. I realized just few hours after my booking that I had booked the wrong dates. Just had a little issue with the online payment (transaction failed), and you need to wait for 12-18 hour to get the e-ticket issued, which could have been improved to a shorter wait time.
