No, Agility is a combat stat now just like Strength. Half the weapons utilize Strength for their primary damage stat, while the other half scale with Agility. So it will depend on weapons used. Atm though 1h maces are the best thrall weapons, which are mainly Strength based, however AoW added certain legendaries that use the other stat. Once the NPC is knocked out, you will need to equip ropes. The easiest to get is a Fiber Binding. You can use this to tie to the NPC. From there, you need to manually drag them back to camp. This can be a dangerous process depending on how far you are to camp, and your Thrall can be killed during transport.
