We bought transportation to and from airport with BD from Costco website. No issues during drop-off to hotel but during pickup for airport, they insisted to pickup 12:35pm for 5:50pm flight and airport is only about 20mins from hotel. I made several requests (in last 2-3 days, not just on the pickup date) to pickup later 2:30-3:30p. The shuttle service is timely, clean vans, and friendly employees. However they try to sell you tours as soon as you get off the plane in Cancun. You need to confirm the times and flight for the return, it is difficult to reach them on the phone.
