Unfortunately the parrot doesn't give hints for all of the walnuts. Looking it up it looks like the ones the parrot doesn't give hints for are the walnuts from the pirate cove dart board (need to play 3 rounds to get all walnuts), one on a bush near the gem bird shrines, and the 3 walnuts from placing a banana on the shrine near Leo's hut.The Golden Joja Parrot can be found on the cliffs on the Northern edge of Ginger Island.

The Parrot in Leo's hut that gives Golden Walnut hints is constantly saying to me "Hidden in the pages of the journal". I have obtained all journal scrap, and only 3 of them have walnut locations. I have checked all 3 spots over and over again, and none of them are giving me walnuts, suggesting that I've already found those spots.

The parrots messages don't check the count, just the found nuts. What this means is that you're seeing the parrot say anything, you absolutely are missing a golden walnut. So I've checked all the golden walnut locations and I seem to have gotten them (I'm gonna recheck the volcano some time here). The Parrot is just swaking instead of giving hints though as to where the last walnut is and I'm currently at 129/130. Is this normal or should the parrot be giving a hint?

That's why I thought he was talking about Linus. It was after solving the puzzle and Leo had "moved on". So just because of sheer placement, is why I thought it was about my fav NPC Linus.
