R6 stuck on creating squad.

Stuck at creating squad (PC) Start up the game, it connects to the server, and then tries to infinitely create a squad. Can't select a match or anything. Port forwarding isn't an option (University network) and shouldn't need to be a solution, Ubisoft should fix this. Anyone know of a workaround? I found the fix...its your userdata folder, you have to delete it.It’s under. Documents>My Games> Rainbow six siege. You can safely delete it.
