LifeStance is great to get the hours needed for licensing. The people are very friendly and supportive. Hours are flexible and allow me life balance.
Cons. Pay too low, No cost of living bonus, no growth oppurtunities, only 48 hour PTO, bad admin support, client complaints of billing harrassment, billing slow to respond, pay to low, originally focus on providing back end to providers but now just want to grow and gobble up other companies, big corporate take over of small private practices focus on growth and not providers or needs, no help ...LifeStance Health. Don’t bother reporting harassment because it will be disregarded. This company is all about their money and it shows. I would not recommend LifeStance to my enemies.They also don’t have accurate google ratings.
