My preference is based totally on looks and with that I rank Pro-Action #1, Ohlins #2 and Legends #3. I like the finish of the Pro-Action shocks and they look more robust than the other two brands. In terms of the spring rate, it may have been a bit of a trade off for solo. Wife liked over stock. Progressive springs up front are doing the job nicely. Share.

I have talked to numerous ohlins reps and they say that the oem ohlins is better than the oem showa. the retail ohlins is better than the oem ohlins the main difference is the valving, they have to valve the oem stuff so that it is safe to the ignorant aka lawyer proof.
